    CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Our focus is providing timely support and solutions to clients throughout the shipping process. This includes handling inquiries, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring smooth communication from pickup to final delivery. The goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information, quick responses, and reliable service.

    Operation

    Manages daily transportation and delivery activities, ensuring efficient scheduling, route planning, and compliance with safety and service standards to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

    Sales

    Develops and maintains client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and promotes logistics services to meet revenue targets and customer needs.

    Finance

    Oversees budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management to ensure profitability and accurate reporting for the company's operations.

    Accounting

    Handles bookkeeping, prepares financial statements, reconciles accounts, and ensures compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies.

    Sales Support

    Negotiates services at the best value, negotiates contracts, and maintains supplier relationships to support operational needs.

    HR & GA

    Our role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, employee administration, and general affairs operations to ensure smooth business support and compliance with labor regulations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and transparency communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently, providing effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, transport) to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
  • Track and monitor shipments, proactively updating customers on status and resolving any delays or issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage service agreements and ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male/Female.
  • Fluent in English (Active and Passive).
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a Plus.
  • Good Attitude, Initiative, Proactive, and Attention to detail.
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome.
  • Experienced in EXIM is a plus.
  • Good communication skills & Negotiation skills.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Represent the company professionally.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, product improvement opportunities, and overall market insights
